Our family recently attended a cocktail class and it was incredible! Vincent [the instructor] was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly engaging, walking us through the history and techniques of cocktail-making. He and his wife Bianca made everyone feel comfortable and excited to learn four amazing new drinks! The set up was professional and organized, yet welcoming - immediately allowing each of us to feel we were experiencing what it would be like to be behind a high-end bar.

The class was hands-on, which we absolutely loved. We learned how to craft four classic cocktails: a Kiwi Mule, a Coco Ginger Mojito, a Campfire Old Fashioned [we all want kitchen hand-held blow torches now!] and a Choco-Hazelnut Espresso Martini. Vincent shared tips and tricks—like how to properly use a spoon to stir a cocktail, how to properly shake a cocktail and the importance of fresh ingredients—that made a huge difference in the final product. The ingredients provided were top-level, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the class. From the garnishes to the glassware to the charcuterie board, everything was thoughtfully curated. Each cocktail was incredible - not only the taste, but the presentation. And they were FULL cocktails - not smaller "tasting" sizes.

What made this class even more special was the fun, interactive ambiance. We laughed, tasted, and shared our creations with each other. We were also encouraged to be creative and test our new skills because at the end, we made a fifth drink of our own creation - and Vincent and Bianca tasted each one to determine the winner! Ingredients we hadn't even used yet in the class were available to us. I was ridiculously proud of my daughter-in-law who was completely in the zone in making the winning cocktail!

I can't recommend this class enough! Whether you're a cocktail enthusiast or just looking for a unique experience with family and friends, this is an absolute must-try! Vincent and Bianca also provide opportunities for private parties, and cater as well! If you are interested in another class, they will tailor it to your preferences - and introduce additional cocktails for a new experience. This class exceeded all our expectations - we're already thinking about what we'd like to do next with them! I can't recommend it enough - five stars for sure!

The perfect “speakeasy” experience. Vincent is so talented and can craft just about any drink you can think of and but his own twist on it. Let him make you an espresso martini, you’ll never want one made by anyone else again!! We had such a great time and Vincent is THE BEST.

Went there last Friday for a Comedy show that was everything but. What a total waste of time. The acts would benefit from going to a real show and not put a paying audience to a punishment. They 3 acts couldn’t get anyone to work up a laugh.
