El servicio es pésimo. Estoy sorprendido como pueden tratar tan mal a un cliente. No tienen respeto cortando la llamada. Es muy difícil comunicarse para alguna consulta o emergencia. No responden los Mail. Entregan información errónea que luego es corregida por otros ejecutivos, pero no dan solución a su error. La página se cae frecuentemente al momento de la subasta provocando no poder hacer compras perdiendo el tiempo y oportunidades de negocio. Es una Empresa poco seria. Tengan mucho cuidado de inscribirse ya que nada funciona bien, solo tendrán problemas. No digan que no les advertí!!!

I know everyone has they’re own experiences using a better bid car auction but in my opinion they were very efficient, I got my car in one piece, they were pretty good with communication. I almost got scared because I sent my Money as a ACH transfer and not a wire transfer at first but I was refunded my money and then did a wire transfer and it worked for me. I got the bill of sale within a week or so and yah it was a good experience for me

My experience with ABB was solid! Loved the website and they have really good offers on salvage cars, which is exactly what I needed ? The selection is good, and in case you do your homework, you will get a decent car. Very good.

The customer service is TERRIBLE! I used them to buy a car through an auction and they put all these different fees, tried to send two different invoices with a higher amount, The lady Gloria called with "Shipping" Demanding that I HAVE TO use their towing services when in fact in the agreement it stated I could choose, she was extremely rude. Then I spoke with Olivia, and she was not helpful could not tell me why the two invoices got sent and could not answer any of my questions even though I just cashed out with them! These people do not deserve anyone's money honestly, they are TERRIBLE! I will NEVER use them again and will be sure to let all my adjuster friends, Dealership friends, agent friends, realtor friends, etc. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A WASTE to say the least! After you get done paying all their "hidden fees" you might as well bought a car from the dealership cash! Curious to know now, how much of a hassle it will be to get my "Refundable deposit" Back this place is a JOKE and no one speaks clear english and if they do they then switch up their accents to seem "confused" Its too much money at stake for them to provide terrible customer service! I will provide an update IF they refund me my deposit but these people are a SCAM! Use the other brokerages Co Part allows you use but DO NOT use them because you will be in a hole, with unanswered questions, and no car!
