I was very happy with the service I received from Ace Demolition. We had them remove a hedge and gate from our property. A fairly small job but it was the final resolution of a property line dispute so it needed to be handled carefully and professionally. Robert and his crew did this as well as I could have hoped for. They removed all of the encroachments carefully and efficiently knowing that they would be under scrutiny while working.

Throughout the process they company was quick to respond and understood what was needed. The job was reasonably priced as well. I wholeheartedly recommend Ace Demolition!

We hired Ace Demolition to remove our swimming pool and deck at our hillside home. There was limited access along the side of our house (6 feet) and curvy roads to get to our home, but they got the job done on time and for the quoted budget.

Eric and Paul communicated the timeline and project steps well, and we were happy with the overall process. They handled all the aspects of communication with the City of LA Grading department and were on top of any issues that came up.

Removing a pool and regrading the hillside is messy work, but they cleaned up after completing everything. And keep the work site tidy at the end of each day. All team members at the job site were friendly and thoughtful.

ACE removed our 600 cubic yard swimming pool. Big job, big mess, but they made the process easy and did a fantastic job preserving our concrete decking. The proposal was straight forward and extremely competitive in price. No unreasonable contingencies! A positive sign of a good contractor will have a great relationship with the city when you pull a permit (they did)! While, I rarely have a need to hire demo contractors outside of using a general, I would hire ACE again without hesitation. Great crew, in the field and in the office. Thanks guys!

I reached out to Ace Demolition about tearing down an unused, cinder block based horse stable. Paul was very quick to respond and set up a day for Robert to come take a look at the project site. Robert was very friendly & informative, and asked questions about the job that no other contractor had. They seemed to be genuinely interested in the job & what I wanted from it. They came back a few days later with a very reasonable quote, and I was sold. The team they brought out was also very friendly, and worked quickly. After 2 short days, the job was finished. Would hire again.

We met with Eric about a year ago to go over the process of filling in our oversized pool. We finally found a landscape designer that was able to assist us with the process of what the backyard would look like without the pool. We then met once again with a Eric to finalize the changes we needed in order to proceed.

We set up a date to start. Eric and his crew are awesome. We were made aware of upcoming processes before they happened. The pool was drained overnight, the drainage holes dug and then the city inspection was scheduled. Once approved, it took the crew about a week of demolition to remove concrete decking 18” of pool retaining wall in addition to filling and compacting soil. The crew is very professional, shows up on time and worked to complete the job without any delays to the work schedule.

Once the work was done and final city inspection was completed, they power washed our shared driveway.

Eric was on site for daily inspections. He worked with me for any changes/concerns we had and took the time to explain the process.

What is most important: Was the job completed properly, city approved, completed on time and on budget. The answer to all of the above is yes.

We are very happy with the project. Now we are on to the next phase. We look forward to being able to use our backyard to entertain family and friends. This was made possible by Ace Demolition. Highly recommend them.
