Took a better look at the place. Definitely with it. The single desks are always out. The double desks are plentiful. But the price jump is large.
I wouldn't consider getting a bigger space unless I had a considerable amount of profit coming in first. I'm the kind of person that does not like noise when I focused in on something so a private space for me is needed. I am still interested in the place and I recommend it.

We opened our first shop DA SPOT NYC at the Shops at Front Street managed by Green Desk. We started with one shop and then we were able to expand to two shops within 6 months. This space has afforded us the opportunity to build our business and Justine is always very responsive to our needs and concerns. One major improvement has been the provision of A signs in front of the building. It helps market to passerbys and directs traffic to our shops and the offices. I am confident that increased marketing efforts by Green Desk will enhance the the value of the co-working spaces and shopping mall.

I great office space option if you need flexibility and ease. Reysa on the front desk was always super helpful, the space is clean and nice to work in, and the other offices on my floor were always very friendly.

In my two years of being a tenant and renting out an office space at the green desk building I never had any issues. The building is always clean and organized. The receptionist her name is Reysa is amazing, helpful, kind, and respectful. She’s a wonderful woman that’s always so kind and cheerful to all the office tenants including me. She is truly a gift from God.

I have been renting space from Green Desk continuously since 2014. I cant imagine moving to any other building. Ill start with my building manager Justine. She is absolutely fantastic and really cares about the tenants. It is a pleasure walking into the building when you know the building manager cares. The company really seems to try hard to accomodate their tenants. They have helped me with everything from temperature control to tech issues. Over the years, their corporate office has helped me troubleshoot some issues as well. They are very ego free in that way. Their dumbo buildings are all very clean, comfortable and impressive to clients. Ive seen all of their buildings and they are all great. I really cant say enough good things about them and their building manager Justine. I love it here. Their are a lot of professionals in the building as well ranging from attorneys, cpa's, digital marketing, I even used a physical therapy office in one of their buildings(not sure if its still there but he was great). 5 stars

Moving our office to Green Desk was a very good decision. We are paying a fixed price for our office and we have everything included which is great. We have been with Green Desk for over a year and they are constantly adding new amenities and services which are really helpful and things that we would probably not be able to afford having our own private office somewhere. April Wilson is really nice and veru helpful with anything you need. She also organized networking events at the ground floor which give you an opportunity to meet the other tenants in the building and even get new clients. I would definitely recommend to any small business as a probably the best solution for office space in NYC.

I rented a desk in a private room during Covid and it was a mental health game changer! I felt comfortable with the precautions the staff made to keep things safe, and the other tenants were respectful of the guidelines. It was a far commute from Manhattan to BK but the view and the atmosphere was worth it! Reysa was very friendly and accommodating. She helped me with whatever I needed, whether printing issues or new furniture for my office. She is also super encouraging and asked me about my work projects, which was above and beyond what I expected. I have let my office go for the remainder of quarantine but I hope to return the next time I have a project to complete and need a change of scenery.

I love our new NYC office space at Green Desk. The space is really nice and everything is included. The staff is very attentive and professional. I had a few special requests with our networking and received help with everything so we now have the setup we needed with our network. Moving to Green Desk was a great thing because it let us focus on business without worrying about anything related to managing our office. I love the fresh coffee they brew in the morning.
