Terrible customer service at this place, just called to ask if an item was in stock at their location and the man who answered the phone said he’ll transfer me to someone in the back and hung up the phone. I then call again and he laughs and says “sorry I’ll transfer you” and hangs up again.

Never calling or stepping foot in the facility.

Had a good time until we were about to leave. Son broke down didn't want to leave so the manager gave him his first golf club. Great store. Great help. Great people.

Top notch service here Conor, Joshua, and Michael!!! From the hitting bays, re-grips, and other service aspects. Plus all the clubs, accessories, and apparel to choose from... Such a great group here that I just picked up my new Srixon ZX5 Irons and a new Cobra Radspeed XB Driver. Just Outstanding!!!

Great customer service. The staff there in bay 1 was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. He gave constant advise and take my feedback and provide recommendation. I truly appreciate his help and find the clubs I like. Things for improvement? It was my first time to any PGA Tour Superstore so I was overwhelmed and did not know the process of trying clubs, which is to put your name down on a sheet of paper. It would be helpful if there are more store staff on the ground to help answer simple questions like this as it took me a while to find a store staff to ask while I was carrying a few clubs.

The staff at the White Plains store is extremely rude and do not acknowledge or welcome shoppers when they enter the store or while standing online at the register. If feels as you have to pull teeth to receive a hello, good morning, or a simple 'can I help you?' Whoever the General Manager for this store is should be ashamed. I have spent a good deal of cash since the store opened at this location. Honestly, I have grown tired of the unprofessional nature and lack of common courtesy the staff at this store put out there to it's customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Just felt the need to tell you how amazing you’re associate (should be golf pro) Anthony was at your store on Tarrytown road in White Plains, NY today. Myself and my colleague Dave stopped at the store during our lunch break today because Dave is new to the game and is in search of a new driver. Anthony set us up with a few options in the simulator. Needless to say Anthony changed our lives. With just a few tips and tweaks he was able to help both of us with our golf swing and changed our game around. We were both off to a rough start to the day, and Anthony was awesome, so willing to help and was just a pleasure to talk to and be around. In all seriousness he made our day and we just felt the need that he was recognized for it. We hope this reaches him. Thank you. “Nice and easy, hit it to right field”
