This has been the most flawless experience I’ve ever had with a company. Not only was the price great (I didn’t even bother checking anyone else) but they did the work the same week and within hours!! I was pleasantly surprised. When I wanted extra work the price was low and he started it same day. Do yourself a favor and if you need something demoed and cleaned up CALL THEM!! Very personable and understanding!! Keeps you updated every step of the way!! Will do everything to make you happy and if they don’t it’s your fault not theirs!!! (Previous review)

North Florida Waste Management is not a trustworthy company nor do they operate with integrity.
On 11/13/2023, they demolished a house on Perry Street in Jacksonville, FL. The house was located in the parking area used for University of Florida Health employees. There were no signs or barricades to alert anyone of the upcoming demolition. The house was intact and there were no workers present when I parked by a fence that separated the property from the parking lot. This was around 8:25 am.
When I came back to my car at the end of the day, there was a note on my car stating that debris from the demolition had hit my car. The note said to call Tony from North Florida Waste Management.
I called the next day and spoke to Tony. He said he was sorry the damage had taken place and said that he would cover the cost of the repairs. He said that he was going to pay for the repairs directly as he did not want to go thru his insurance. I sent him pictures of my car as well as the debris field around it. He said he “had a guy” who could do the work and when I asked about a car rental, he said that I could use one of his. The company that he said I would use was open on Mondays only and had 3 reviews from 4 years ago. None of this seemed like a legitimate way of doing business and I went to a body shop who gave me estimate. Upon giving the estimate to Tony he said that his insurance would take care of it. He said he was out of town and would give me the insurance company ‘s information when he got back which was to be on a Monday.
During this time, I left 3 messages at the company for a person named Kevin. I have never received any contact from him or anyone else at the company. I called and texted Tony for 2 days after not hearing back from him about the insurance information. I then called Tony from a different number and he picked up right away.
He told me that he no longer worked for the company and he had no insurance. When I told him that I was trying to reach the company directly and had left messages for Kevin he hung up on me and there has been no contact since.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They have contacted North Florida Waste Management and they have not responded to them on 2 occasions. This will be reflected on the BBB reliability report.
Hopefully, a prospective customer will read this before hiring this company, because of something does not go right, they may never get back to you. This company deserves a zero star!

Best customer service! Couldn't have dealt with more helpful people. Excellent service at a great cost. Timely pickups every week! We have gotten extra pick ups and they have never billed us. I highly recommend.

Great service. Will use again. Unlike the other company. That charged my card before delivered. after 4 days of waiting on my roll off. I called NFW they delivered like promised and they stayed in touch. The are highly recommended . You will be happy. Darlene
