Very disappointed with Tyson Service Corporation. Called them on Monday to get a quote on renting a trash dumpster for construction debris from my kitchen project, the person we talked to was responsive and sent us a quote and the forms within hours. He also mentioned they have plenty of dumpsters available and can send a dumpster to our home within 24 hours. Once we signed the contract on Thursday and sent payment information, they immediately called us, telling us they cannot provide this service to us since we are the owners of a residential home and not professional/commercial contractors. They refused to even apologize and kept saying this is per the owner's policy! This last-minute change of policy, waste us a week of valuable project time as other dumpster companies need a few days advance notice.

This company does a lot of demolition work and the crews are efficient and professional. Once you see their excavator onsite, you know the building won’t be there much longer! A great company that will help with your demolition needs!

I first want to say I imagine these are good people and to be fair I never actually used them for work. However I did reach out to them in an effort to get a fair and honest quote on a project. I have done these projects dozens of time and so I understand the cost and dynamics of the job. When they returned the quote to me it was GROSSLY over priced. The explanation of the cost was relayed to me as " you came to us last min" Now that has nothing to do with cost when your in the service and contracting business. The only reason I am writing this review is because I understand companies need to make a profit (and I want them to as I make profits on my buildings) But to suggest a cost that was so far out of line that it shocked me was my issue. If they are going to treat a builder like this I can only imagine how they would treat someone that has no clue what it would cost. I would recommend STAYING AWAY from this company because you cannot trust a company that is not going to be fair to the consumer.

My experience with TSC was terrific. After a sewer line break in our street needing to be cut/repaired with VDOT permits, TSC was very professional and helpful in understanding the process and associated fees. They have a strong reputation with contractors/builders and from working with Aisha, Jose and Jim, demonstrated this in how quickly they responded to help with my emergency. I would strongly recommend TSC.
