I used to come here back 8 years ago and left because the doctor was never available. I came back recently and the doctor is still not available. The front desk is horrible at customer service, the PAs are 20 year old girls that are chatting and laughing with each other and the nurse understands zero English. Not only that, but she is a pill pusher and cannot even explain what the pill does. Now i remember why I left.

Definitely the customer service in this office it’s very bad, especially Assitant of Dr. De Feria
Today 10/10/22 I have appointment at 2/30 PM, and sing in, at 3PM go to front desk ask for my appointment, the answer was oh let me put in the system you are here. After this I ask the assistant what happen whit my appointment her answer was, in this moment we call the 2PM appointments. I don’t understand why make appointments a same hour for the patients

Office staff are very helpful. Dr. De Feria is an awesome primary care physician with a very caring attitude towards his patients! Highly recommend him.
