Called this place and spoke to Francisco to rent a scooter. He went over the different options with me and it was so easy to make a reservation. They offer free pick up and delivery, but I needed it right away so I picked it up in person. FYI if you plan to pick it up, call ahead of time. They might be out doing deliveries.
When my aunt visits again, I definitely rent from these guys again. Thanks Francisco!!! Thanks Mobilty!!

The Case of the Clumsy Sibling

So my sibling, their boyfriend, and I were on vacation this past week at Disneyland. Picture it: coming off the Indiana Jones ride, walking a little ahead of them as we are exiting, and I hear a thud from behind. Turn around and there's my sibling sitting on the ground holding their ankle in pain. They failed their dexterity check coming down the stairs.

Managed to get out of the park with assistance from cast members and that was our last park day. However, we still had three full days at the D23 expo to go! Enter Mobility Etc. Filled out a request form on the website, got a call the next morning that confirmed the request, stopped in to pick it up, used it for the expo with no trouble, and returned it when done. The employee I worked with was super helpful and pleasant as well. Saved my clumsy sibling from having to use crutches or hobble all weekend!

Francisco hooked it up when we needed a transport scooter for Mom. It allowed the whole family to be together and mobile without leaving Mom and Dad at the hotel. Would definitely utilize their services on our next visit.

I needed a local wheelchair rental for a long weekend while we were in town so I didn't have to deal with flying down to OC with mine. Francisco was super kind and hooked me up right away.

I love that the rentals are a flat rate for 7 days so it was reasonably priced for sure.

We went and just picked it up in person since I wanted to check in regarding which specific chair I would use but they offer complimentary pickup and delivery depending on the area which was SUPER helpful!

We were able to leave it at the hotel once it was time to fly home and even though there was a little hiccup and the hotel lost it for a day, they were able to track it down and Francisco was SO kind and understanding.

I am originally from OC so we visit almost monthly. I definitely will use Mobility Etc. in the future. They have a great selection of different types of chairs etc. and they are in great shape.

My grandma recently had an accident so she needed some help to get around. I wasnt sure how I was going to push her around but this company has a selection of electric scooters that really helped! Fransico delivered this product to me and showed us how to properly use it they also picked it up when we no longer needed it. Very professional service. Always great to have a business that cares!
