REPOWER Orange did an excellent job installing a 5-kilowatt system onto my house in Costa Mesa, Orange County. The team walked me through how solar and net metering works and most importantly, how to save me money on my Southern California Edison utility bill. REPOWER Orange was able to install the system in less than two weeks! The team installed 17 black-on-black solar panels which look great on our roof.
Additionally, they completed an upgrade of my main service panel and added a fast-charging EV car charger. My electric vehicle can now charge in about two hours. We wanted to go solar but realized we needed a new roof too. We talked to solar people but the roof was an afterthought as was solar to roof people. We decided to start with the roof. We looked at samples at South Coast Shingle in Laguna Niguel and came away with ideas and referrals. We contacted Pacific Crest Roofing right away. Jay, the owner, returned our call promptly. Eddie designed a system of solar panels that would meet our needs but still be affordable. We considered many different solar brands but through Eddie’s careful analysis, we decided on an array of panels from Canada. He also was able to create an energy loan that combined both the roof and solar costs into one package with one payment, which is less than what we were paying on average to SDGE.

We were very pleased with the entire process start to finish, which took less than a month. It was a coordinated project between two companies. Both owners displayed the highest level of integrity, answered all of our questions, and charged us a fair price. We couldn’t be happier.
