Everything from design through completion was outstanding. Cagla was our design consultant—she did a fine job of helping us select all elements of our bathroom remodel, and she followed up by visiting our home make sure our choices were what we would want. As advertised, Ramon, our project manager was with us during the entire project, checking on progress and ensuring we knew when the installation crew was going to be at our home and what would be happening next. Of course, the actual installation was the most important aspect of the job, and the crew did a fine job. Their attention to detail was outstanding throughout—-level tiles, flawless painting ... Plus, they were very neat and clean, which minimized any disruptions during the renovation.
This was a pretty small project, but the result really made it look like a new bathroom. The attached photos show the finished product.

We recently worked with GBC to completely renovate our master bathroom and update two smaller bathrooms. All three projects turned out beautifully, and GBC was wonderful throughout the process! We worked with Alan as our designer, and he was thoughtful and attentive during our consultations. He provided design options that clearly reflected our intentions with his design expertise. He answered all of our questions to make sure we understood different considerations on the designs and the building timeline. He was very helpful when we were selecting finishes - providing initial options that matched our style, and offering opinions without being pushy.

Once the build started, we worked with Ramon, who was a fantastic project manager. He communicated clearly and often to let us know when the crews would be coming and what work they planned to accomplish each day. He and the crew had very high standards for craftsmanship, so everything looks beautiful. The crews each day were relatively consistent, always extremely respectful of our space - being careful when moving debris and materials and thoroughly cleaning each day, and very hardworking.

Overall the project generally came in on budget and on schedule - any issues or changes were presented immediately with details on cost or schedule implications. I highly recommend this company - they are a pleasure to work with!

I am so pleased with the kitchen remodel by GBC Kitchen and Bath. From the design process to the last tile of the backsplash they were professional with skilled, talented workers. Having little experience myself their designer, Cagla, helped me pick out the right styles, colors and design that is not only beautiful but functional too. The project manager, Ramone, was conscious and spent a good bit of time explaining each process to me every step of the way. I will be recommending GBC to friends and family looking for a remodel !

I had such a great experience with GBC Kitchen and Bath at the Ashburn office from the start to the finish. It was my first big house renovation and it was such a positive experience. I could not be happier and the work is of amazing quality and craftsmanship. I especially recommend Alan and Ramon who helped make my vision a reality. I am so happy with the results we will be doing our basement bathroom with the ashburn office next! The pics do not do the bathroom justice btw.

I jumping on here to do a 2nd review because GBC Kitchen and Bath just completed our basement bathroom on 11 April 2024 after we loved the job that they did for our master bathroom. Again, it was another fantastic and very smooth experience from design to all the way to completion. The quality of work is exceptional and no corners were ever cut. The basement bathroom came with its own set of challenges, however, with every unexpected thing that came up Alan, Ramon, Claudia, and his team always had a plan where I knew I could completely trust their experience, recommendations, and professional judgement. GBC Kitchen and Bath in Ashburn did an absolutely amazing job completely remodeling my whole kitchen and floors. Cagla worked on the design and ordering. Ramon was in constant communication during the project and really helped tweak things so that the final project was perfect. Claudio and his crew led by Frainer did really good, quality work. We just had our kitchen completely renovated by GBC Ashburn. The whole process was great, and our kitchen is amazing. We worked with Alan and Ramon. Alan was the Project Manager and Designer, Ramon was on-site with the crew at all times. Both were a pleasure to work with. Alan was great and very knowledgeable. He created the design with our input and gave us various options. He also made great recommendations throughout the design process. At times, he received us in the showroom to go over the design and showed us right there how it would look. Never did he make us feel like we needed to hurry in our decisions. While the crew was working, Ramon was always there. He listened to every suggestion we had and answered any questions. He definitely went above and beyond too with little details like showing up to “clean” the newly installed countertops, leaving little gadgets for the cabinets, and checking with us to see if there was anything lease we needed. As expected, when little surprises out of our or GBC’s control happened, Alan and Ramon were there to talk to us, provide options, and take care of things quite quickly. The on-site crew was on time and was very quick. Overall, the team actually finished before expected! This was our first renovation and we are so happy we went Alan and team, and will not think twice to work with them again.
