Meade’s Heating and Air was recommended to me by a satisfied customer. I, in turn, recommended the company to a neighbor and a relative. They both were satisfied. I needed a new HVAC system, so it was was now my turn. All went.very well from customer service to installation. Scheduling was easy. The two technicians arrived on time and were very professional and personable. They answered my questions and explained things to me. They left the work area clean and tidy. I definitely would recommend Meade’s Heating and Air to other home owners.

Charles was our technician he was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, walked me through the parts of furnace so I could understand what he was explaining. He was on-time. Also Kim, who set up the appointment was great. The communication with this company is fantastic. I was never left wondering if they were actually going to show up for the appointment or not. Highly recommend Meades. I was so impressed I signed up for their maintenance plan. I have owned various homes over the past 30 years and dealt with a myriad of HVAC companies. Meades ranks at the very top.

I had a service to be done and also a check-up on my heat pump. I am a first time customer and Meade's was able to schedule me right away and the tech performed the tasks. I have something wrong with my air handler and the parts were ordered and I will have a second appointment to fix the issue. I liked everything so much I signed a yearly agreement to check my heat pump twice a year.

I had a wonderful experience with Meade's Heating & Air today! Their technician arrived within the promised 2-hour time frame and completed a full system inspection of my heat pump. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was checking. I was impressed by the level of detail and care he put into the inspection.

On top of that, their rates are fantastic—so much so that I signed up for an annual service plan on the spot! Our AC stopped cooling on one of the hottest days. I called Meade's after a recommendation from a friend and I am so happy I did. They were able to fit me in and Ben came out and solved the problem and had the house cooling in no time. Would highly recommend them. Reasonably priced, prompt service and very knowledgeable!
