Rentamos un auto, el asiento del conductor no se puede regular, no se puede entender esto. Nos obligó a que conduzca una persona que no iba a hacerlo gracias a esto. El auto tampoco cuenta con un apoyo para llevar el celular y mirar el gps, 2024 y Amazon en todos lados, no tiene un sostén para celular. Ok. De paso, el interior del auto huele mal y está sucio por fuera también.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had! Initially customer service was great picking up the minivan. However, once we left the premises customer service was terrible!!! The van we received was driving with an odd noise. Once on the highway we developed a flat tire. The vehicle did not have a spare tire. I called customer service and they were no help! I have three children in the vehicle and on the side of a busy highway. WE ARE NOT SAFE!!! They didn’t care! Never using this company again! Be warned, and be careful.

They made sure to provide me with the worst vehicle possible
Which did not accurately reflect car type purchased
Lastly they would not honor my govt/military status and I now need to wonder who and what Avis does honor...?
