This is my second time living at the ParkLine and I’m so happy to be back! I moved out of state for work and was recently transferred back. I wouldn’t live anywhere else. The apartments have amazing views and the building is well located in downtown West Palm. You have everything at your fingertips here. Also everyone is extremely nice. Five stars!

We are excited to move to the ParkLine this month after viewing the building ona trip from NY in October. Thanks to the wonderful Emelingage who showed us around the building and the different floor plans, amenities, local to-dos and all the features of the building.

The Parkline is a lovely, spacious and well designed apartment building in the middle of West Palm's Downtown - opposite Publix and the Brightline train line between City Place (aka Rosemary Square) and Clematis street - in the Circuit pickup/drop-off zone (with their own dedicated trial Circuit driver)

Emelingage was patient and thorough in helping us navigate the the information we needed, giving us the details of each apartment and taking us on a fun tour of the building - which showed us exactly what we were looking for - and helped us complete our application which was a cinch and we have now begun our move.

Absolutely in love with this apartment building! From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the gorgeous views—whether it’s the sunrise or sunset, it’s the perfect backdrop to any day. The amenities here are truly top-notch. The fitness center is state-of-the-art, and there’s even an enclosed dog area that’s perfect for my dog to make furry friends and run around in. It's clear that the building offers everything you need for a comfortable, convenient lifestyle.

But what really made my experience stand out was Ms. Emelingage Nuri. She is exceptional! From the first interaction, she was professional, warm, and took the time to answer every single one of my questions. No matter how many I had, she patiently walked me through everything, making sure I had all the information I needed to make the best decision for myself. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer service went above and beyond.

I highly recommend this building not only for its beautiful design and amenities but also because of the amazing staff like Ms. Nuri who make the experience even better!

I have lived at Park Line Palm Beaches pretty much since the opening in 2019, and then during 4.5 years.
The only reason of my departure is related to having recently bought a property with my family (versus renting).
Aside from the obvious to notice when you're going to visit the community: high end luxury apartments with gorgeous views, luxury common areas, a one of kind large pool, and the best possible location in Downtown West Palm Beach with the Brightline train station, so many restaurants and so on...
I want to take a moment to acknowledge and thank, from the bottom of our hearts, the excellent management team, made of Melissa, Stacy and Polo, and also the top notch concierge team and maintenance team.
They are all so professional, reliable, kind and caring about this community. I very very highly recommend living here!
(New luxury apartments have opened in WPB Downtown; but they just can't compete with all the above).

I was initially very excited about the idea of renting an apartment in this building due to its excellent location. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I’ve visited the building three times, hoping to get a tour of the available amenities and apartments, but each time, I’ve been told that no one is available to assist me. While the receptionist is very polite, she seems powerless to help and always directs me to return another time.

On top of this, trying to get in touch with anyone by phone has been impossible. I’ve called multiple times, but no one ever answers. Given that they do have available units, it’s baffling that they seem so uninterested in potential tenants.

My recommendation? Train the lobby staff to be more helpful, or at least make sure that someone is available to show the amenities and apartments. This level of service is disappointing, especially compared to other buildings in the area, where the staff is more than willing to assist on the spot.

Unfortunately, I will have to look elsewhere because, despite the location, the poor service here has been too much to overlook.

Eye Eye

Very attractive high-rise apartment building in downtown West Palm Beach. One of the pros is the high towers layout. Negatives unfortunately are the relatively small windows other than a few units with floor to ceiling . The balconies are nice but again underutilized I feel. Not enough units facing the full front edge of the ocean. Units are OK but not fantastic. Amenities are very nice and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. From the tour I would generally recommend.
