The worst worst complex I ever lived at feel like you are living in a dorm. I do not recommend no one live here at all the rent not even right it should be way cheaper for what you are getting. Super small hallway area always dirty filthy dogs always popping and pissing all over throwing up on the carpet in the hallways some days it smell like garbage some days it smell like dog it’s ridiculous trust and believe I would not recommend no one living here at all. I never even seen the Property Manager don’t even kwn who’s running this place. You guys really need to bring back the old management team. You always heard from her Jeanette Felicia, Rochelle they always doing something for the community.

The building management at The Grand is responsive, professional, and approachable. Both Anne and Briana are always friendly and handle requests efficiently. I never hesitate to bring my requests to the front desk because the management here really makes you feel at ease.

I'm writing this review (not as a current or former resident) but to share my experience with the application process of applying to this place as I believe it's important for me to call out this place's BS and protect people (such as yourself who maybe looking for apartment places in or near WPB) from having to experience what I've been through so that you do NOT have to go through it.

Earlier this month in January 2025, I was looking for apartments in WPB and came across The Grand. From the photos, I was impressed with the property (granted, at the time that is). I saw a 1 Bed, 1 Bath, 592 square foot listed on their official website for $1,602. I thought, "Great, this is amazing. I'll submit my application and so forth." (Attached is a photo of proof from an email I received from the property right after I submitted my application and paid the app fee and admin fee).

I go through the application process, submit all requirements needed (all of that passed) and even bought ahead of time the renters insurance policy. Just as I was about ready to be presented with my lease agreement, Briana mentioned in the worst way possible by email to me that the rent was actually $2,365 - not honoring the rate for what I've applied for. And to make matters a lot worse, she would then only provide to me 2 free months worth of Internet/Cable and waiving off the admin and app fees.

What they have done to me has been the most despicable experience I've ever been through when looking for housing.

If you are currently searching right now, I would ask you to avoid The Grand or any other properties associated with the property management company, Crown Residential.
