I've been filing my taxes here for Years it's always the same mean old woman on the phone or front desk horrible attitude. Last year I had to get an adjustment done & also payed to get my taxes done twice & the adjustment three payments in total. Still no word on my adjustment all I get from the rude old woman is they were done, she tells me to call the CRA & of course the CRA say to contact the company. I've gotten nothing & nowhere waste of money. I just thought place I've been loyal to would get better not worse over time guess I have to find a new place to do my taxes.

H&R has been my tax service for many years, but this has been my first time in Thompson. The service was quick and straightforward, they allowed me to do off my documentation and simply come back when it was complete. Very convenient.

I've been doing my taxes here for many years and I have never had any problems with them, sure some years it took awhile and some years were super quick, sometimes they were in a hurry and sometimes they took their time, some people just don't have patients. Friendly people that gave me good service. Thank you!!!

Went to pay for my taxes and they literally told me they couldn’t find it and that somehow that’s my fault? Because they told me if I don’t remember exactly when I filed them and for what year they can’t help me at all. I asked the rudest old lady I’ve ever met what I was supposed to do and she told me to “figure it out”. Then a male employee came out and started insulting me stating I receive some kind of support for my people. Why was he bringing my race into this? I’m never ever going back there ever! Racist!! If your native don’t go there they will judge you as poor and tell you as much.
**Update: they called me and vaguely suggested that I wanted to talk to them about it. I didn't. And the man that called me acted totally unaware of what happened even though I happened this year in March. I asked him why he told me I “needed” support and he just said he tells everyone that, touché. I hate that he didn't even comment on it, why me? What about me makes him think I need support? I didn't need it that’s why it took me a whole year to file my taxes! He said nothing about how rude that old lady was to me and over all he just provoked me into spilling how I felt all so he can say “sorry we will strive to be better” I hate that he called me and got me all worked up! I seriously recommend avoiding this place just based on how awful and how unwanted the phone call was. 0/5 never want to speak to them again

Good but they could help people print out there T4's if it's available on their company's own ADP site ..instead of turning them away in the cold. Be a little more helpful Just takes a simple download off a site and 2 seconds to print

I didn't appreciate that they didn't seem willing to help. The attitude I received was unprofessional. You're wanting my business, act like it. It's not the other way around. Decided not to file with them!
