First and foremost Mike and Reggie are phenomenal. Their service is an A plus. They work hard. They are on time. My issue is with the company. I figured out what they’re doing after reading other reviews unfortunately, the bad pricing incident happened to me as well as a new customer. I was quoted just like you all the 149 per hour so initially I was told it will be around the 400 range because I told them they should be at my house no longer than three hours, but we ran a little overtime but by the time we drove four minutes away from my house to the storage unit again, which was four minutes away The men quoted me $800 mind you they didn’t give me the pricing. The company gave them the pricing. I then spoke with the manager and GM and they were very argumentative. They told me that their drivers would drop my belongings on the side of the road if I refuse to pay, I advised them it’s not me refusing to pay. I had a total different amount that I calculated in my head yesterday upon booking the appointment upon looking at the other reviews they have a history of doing this. I think they think it’s funny but it’s kind of fraudulent so they want customers so they’re gonna quote you the special over the phone they’re gonna take your email. You’re never going to get an email with all the pricing because they want to shock you on the day of your move so please please have something in writing if you move forward with this company about the pricing they will charge you for all kinds of stuff you’re even gonna be paying for the boys gas from leaving the shop and they quoted that $100. I’m not saying don’t use this company but when it comes to pricing, they’re not honest at all

I have no complaints about the quality of the work they did. But they charged me almost $1,200 for a one bedroom apartment, plus I already had everything packed, they only helped me pack my two televisions.

According to what I discussed over the phone when I hired them, the job was 2 hours, but I considered an extra hour just in case. The distance between my previous apartment and the new one is less than 10 minutes.

From the beginning when they are explaining the price, they never give you a real estimate. I asked the person who took my bank details to make the payment for an invoice and they never sent it to me.

It was a bad experience and I will never recommend them.

I give it 1 star only because Google forces me to do so.

Absolutely horrible experience. Never checked reviews, referred by realtor. Huge mistake. They priced the job then didn’t show up on the right day. Once they did show up, the truck was too small. Gets worse, once they finally got to new location they put incorrect items in storage even though clearly marked. Upon arrival at new home lost all TV remotes and refused to answer the phone after being well tipped. After they left, found they didn’t put furniture together and dumped boxes marked for storage in the corner of garage. Terrible company and everything bad moving experience rolled into one.

The only reason I'm giving even one star is because Naomi and Damien were EXCELLENT workers. The initial service call people were also very, very easy to deal with. Once they transferred me to Stellio, who scheduled our appointment, it went downhill from there. He was absolutely RUDE on the phone and kept touting that he was the owner/manager and whatever they told me on the initial sales call was wrong, which was $149 per hour and then at two hours they would give me a $50 credit. The initial sales person stated nothing of a travel time charge or fuel charge, which were astronomical. After the workers arrived, they stated it would take five and a half hours, to which it only took two, BUT I had to pay up front for the five and half hours. When I received the invoice there was NO $50 credit AND they had charged me for five and half hours PLUS all these other crazy charges. When I pressed him about the packing material prices, Stellio told me they had used 24 boxes. But when we counted the boxes in the room there were only 15. Ohhhh, forgot to say they were only moving furniture and books from one small office to another office. Stellio then told me they used 18 rolls of tape. 18 rolls of tape for 15 boxes Are you KIDDING me? I think not, but arguing with Stellio was like talking to a wall. He is unprofessional and if he was my manager, he would have been fired by now. I would NOT recommend this company AT ALL.
