Wanted to give a shoutout to our sales person Janell, she was tremendous and helped us pick out our new truck. Very informative and patient with us throughout the whole process. She checked in multiple times to see how we were doing. Also, checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly the next day.

My horrendous experiences started  Saturday (5/26/24) at the dealership in Union City. My original reason for coming in was to buy a car for my fiancé. I was working with Darrell Harris, which was a little frustrating and upsetting at one point. We stated the purchasing process on (5/18/24), our credit was ran that day and was approved for several different loans. We didn’t purchase the car that day because my girl needed to tie up some loose ends first, so we told Darrell we would be back next week (5/26/24). And we kept our word, we came back with full intentions on buying the car my girl picked out, she even had insurance on the car before we ever got there. So when we got there, Darrell asked for our SSN’s again because he said that for some reason, that information was no longer in the system, which I found a little odd. Before I gave him my SSN again, I specifically asked him if he would be running my credit again because I did not want another hard hit on my credit report, and he replied no. But minutes later, I received an alert from Credit Karma that another hard hit occurred that day from your establishment. So now I have a total of 5 hard hits on my credit from your place of business. I expressed my anger to Darrell for the deception because I have excellent credit, and I don’t play when it comes to my credit, but we worked through it because my girl ready wanted the car. So I decided to bring my 2014 Corvette in for a simple oil change, so I thought. When they completed the oil change, they sent me a text.  I went to the service desk to pay and get my car. When I got there, I found it a little odd that they didn’t pull my car up to the front like they normally do. but instead, they parked it in the parking lot next to the service area between two cars. I always do a walk around before I move the car to make sure there is no damage. When I checked my wheels and tires on the passenger side, both tires and rims were damaged. I brought the damages to Service person attention, and the first thing he said was that didn’t happen here. I was so confused and upset by his answer that I almost snapped. I’ve gotten my oil change at your dealership before, and they do a walk around to check for damage before taking your car to the service area. And if there is damage, they will point it out to you and make a note of it. No one said anything about damage, nor was it notated on the paperwork. On the multi-point inspection form, it only recommends two tires and a four-wheel alignment. First of all, if there was that type of damage to my tires and rims beforehand, I wouldn’t have driven my car 25 miles out to your location with badly cut tires. That would be dangerous for me and my fiancé and other people on the road. Your Service Manager Tim allowed me to drive off with badly cut tires and said we would get back to you on Tuesday once we view the camera footage. I’m a Corvette enthusiast and part of a Vette club and ICCC ( International Council of Corvette Clubs). I’ve taken my car to different Corvette events for the last 2 years either by driving or towing. I keep my car covered and in excellent condition in my garage, and I’m the only one who drives it. When I pulled the cover off my car that morning, there was no damage to my wheels. I’m a big Chevrolet fan and plan on getting a C8 next year. I’m very disappointed that your staff damaged my car and are trying to cover it up. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them determines if you run an ethical business and value your customers. I did not feel very valued by your staff Saturday, so I walked away from the purchase of the gray Chevrolet Trax until the damage of my wheels is covered
