Pésimo lugar para comprar un vehículo, compre un camión del 17 y a la semana me empezó con fallas y lo mantuve por casi un año pero tenia que pagar la mensualidad de un 25% y comprar repuesto para repararlo, la mejor opción fue ir a un consecionario chevrolet y sacar uno nuevo.

Buyer beware this dealership is extremely shady and they are going to steal your money and not care about you after purchasing a vehicle from them two weeks later it breaks down they offered to fix partially and they did it partially cost me thousands more to get it fixed properly a few weeks later, major component failure For help couldn’t get any help. They offered me advice and asked me to pay the payment two months down the road. Another major component failed almost destroying the engine now I only have the vehicle for a few months and I’ve already spent almost $6000 in repairs the tires were so bad that a week after I bought the vehicle I had to blow out the highway that almost caused me to die, the owner of the dealership not the beast woman who works behind the counter Amanda who doesn’t care about anything but your money and sign here sign here sign here buyer beware stay away

Not a very nice place to deal with they will go above and beyond to get you in the car but once you’re in the car, they don’t care what happens to you or your safety. I bought a truck from them four months ago the day after picking up the truck, the brakes locked up, causing me to get out on I reached out to the dealer they did get the car repaired repaired. The headlights were so dim you cannot see the car in front of you. I mentioned it to them. They told me too bad cost me $500 to get a new headlight set not just a lightbulb, but the housing had to be replaced on both sides, then a few weeks later there was a shifter service code came up. I put it to the attention. They got me a used part and it cost me another $300 to get a program by Dodge fast forward and later this steering goes out at 70 miles an hour on I 95 almost had a wreck, I bought it to a shop to get it repaired. They wanted $3500 between the part and the labor. I brought it to the dealers attention. He told me why don’t I put a used part in there? Good luck I explained four months and I’ve already had four major issues. Would you be willing to take the truck back and give me a different vehicle and rewrite my deal he told me no way Jose so I would recommend find another dealer to go to that will keep in mind your safety and will give you good service throughout the term of your loan not just be there for the sale but be there for the entire clothes you have dealt with Mike directly he is the Owner after contacting their transmission shop they told me they are not proficient in power steering parts and said that I would have to bring it some where else to get it programmed. So between the cost of towing it to the transmission shop they told me to go to. Them tow o to the dealer for programming them bring it to a shop to do the alignment it would have cost me over 1300 dollars. They do not stand behind their vehicles that they sell . I would use caution when buying a used car from this dealer. They will go above and beyond to get you in it but once you leave the lot they could not care less. Update on truck. After spending 3500 to get the rack and pinion replaced. The rear main seal has now blown out and when I brought it to the repair shop they stated that there was a permanent code that deleted po6dd which indicated that there is an oil pressure issue. For each month I have had this truck there has been a major issue and I am now I have spent over 5600 dollars since picking up the truck and they keep telling me there is nothing they will do. Again they do not stand behind thier products . Definitely do not buy from Mike Arena. You have been warned

Thank-you very much for a great experience! My truck runs great, everything looks and runs like new, and the service and communication is outstanding! Great owners and staff! Very nice! I definitely would recommend them for someone looking for a good vehicle!

Hello, I recommend that you do not buy a car in that place because I broke a car 5 days after buying and I went to see if you could help me and they told me no that if I wanted I would give them another deposit of 3000 dollars
