Was staying at my dads for a few days and the air conditioning went out, Rico was at my dads apartment within a few minutes and got his a/c back up and running better than it was running originally. I highly recommend living here the maintenance staff seems very sincere and caring for the tenants at this property!

What a view! While looking for my next home I stopped in to view a 2-bedroom apartment. Sydney was very helpful and allowed me to view and record my self-guided tour. While I viewed two apartments the unit on the 14th floor had an incredible view. I added the video on YouTube should you like to see it for yourself. Overall, the apartment has a great downtown location and by far one of the best views.

I had a mixed experience at the Avalon Lofts. Love the staff—always quick to respond, professional, and very understanding specially Kimora. Both the front desk and maintenance teams were also amazing. However, the walls in the lofts are incredibly thin. I could hear my neighbors watching TV every night and loud music on the weekends, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, there was a persistent strong smell that I couldn’t tolerate. I ended up using their 30-day guarantee to move out. The Avalon team was very helpful throughout the process, but unfortunately, the loft building itself was not a good fit for me.

Worst Living experience in the past decade of my life. I personally found a ton of False promises. My unit was in the Lofts. I also paid for a parking spot. First let me start with the parking. I could not park in my paid for spot most of the time because the person next to me would also take up my spot. My car was also booted in the spot that I pay for. Hundreds of additional dollars in paid parking and boot removal when the sticker was in my car and on the dash. Next I was never able to get Wifi working and I work from home so that caused additional issues but that was not on the Avalon. One elevator was broken the entire time. The other seldom worked. Then 2.5 months in I needed to move out. I am expecting a child and will no longer be working out of state. I was not able to sublease my unit or come up with any solution besides again pay more. They then Had an additional 2 months rent added plus I had already moved out so over $6,000 US taken from me while not living there. Now here we are 60 days later and I still have not received my security deposit back. In short they have an extra $8,000 of my money with a baby on the way and not living in the lofts. I have another 20 good reasons. The front desk was very seldom of any help and the answer was always PAY MORE!!! or Welcome to PALM BEACH. I have lived all over the US and this was by far my worst experience!!!!! They still have not responded or returned any of my money. THE WORST! David R. Bizousky

Just attended the Avalon / Pistachio community Happy hour. The food and drinks were excellent. Our hosts Kimora and Sydney as always were most gracious as they greeted us as we arrived. There professionalism and attention to detail made the event special
