Mike was great and very professional. He helped me with purchase and installation of the replacement battery for my 2015 VW GTI. I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes! I will definitely go back again, Highly recommended!!!

The owner of this place is just wonderful. His staff initially asked me to buy parts from them to diagnose my water damaged phone, but they couldn't guarantee it would be salvaged.
The parts didn't fix the phone unforuantely. So the owner refused to take payment even though I had agreed to pay for the parts. A genuine gesture that really meant a lot me - and shows his decency.

This is the second time I visited the store. Mike Ross (the owner) was extremely knowledgeable about all the products in the store. I came in to get a replacement battery for a key fob for our car. Mike installed it a matter of a few minutes and I was on my way. Great guy and great service. Highly recommend.

I had my phone screen replaced here and it was short lived. I went back in two months ago because I was having issues with "ghost" touches and was told that they would reach out to the manufacturer because it could be a faulty screen but that as long as I kept the software updated I would have no further issues. They even said I could come back and get a new screen put on if it kept happening. Well I kept having those issues but now my screen is completely unresponsive. I go back in today and they let me know that they won't be able to do anything because they only offer a 6 month warranty on their screens. This not mentioned during the initial visit or the second time I went in to get it looked at. I would have paid $300+ to have my screen replaced if I had proceeded to get it done again today. To pay for something that won't make it pass 6 months before breaking down completely is insanity. I cannot recommend a business that puts profit over customer service.

Went in to get my battery checked and had to deal with the rudest employee. Very disrespectful and sassy, wouldn’t talk straight. Almost convinced me the battery was a dud until the shop owner said otherwise. A couple of days later the battery charged up and was good to go. The owner Mike was very friendly, calm, patient and easy to work with. The person on the front desk - not so much. It’s a shame because I have had pretty good experiences with batteries plus otherwise.

We had a great experience with our car battery purchase and install. The staff contacted us in advance of our appt, letting us know that we could come in earlier if we'd like. When we arrived for the appt, we were immediately taken care of. The battery install was quick and efficient - 20 minutes in and out. Thank you for the great service!

I walked through my car key just thinking man I got to find this battery go on YouTube figure it out blah blah blah... But no! The wonderful sales associate named Logan assist me. He simply walked up took the keys walked back and did the thing it was badass it totally just blow my mind because I had to do nothing. He went a place the battery then went scanned it then take a discount off of it just off GP which means general purpose for those who don't know. So this literally was a one stop crush! I definitely recommend going here is clean is friendly is nice it's just the best!

Have used batteries and bulbs for all my lights changing them to LED to last longer but 1 blew out just after a few months so went back to buy a box. The rep verified it was indeed out and said sometime there is a bad one in a batch. Bought, got my senior discount and quickly replaced the bulb in my office. Nice there are parking spots although lots of parking around the store.
