Bay demolition is an excellent professional demolition company! Henrique is very straightforward, honest, and trustworthy. Henrique and his company, Bay Demolition delivered excellent service. His company does what they say they will do. He and his team worked very hard for weeks to clear and demolish an entire home and clear a junk filled lot This particular lot was filled with a large mobile home sized trailer, and just about as much miscellaneous items as you could fit on the property including a least 20 old tires. A couple of the tires were semi-truck sized. The tenant was a collector of all sorts of things and had left much of his belongings and debris everywhere. I had gotten 5 to 6 bids for demolition and clearing work. Bay demolition was very reasonably priced.
Bay demolition works fast and completely cleared the lot. It was a very easy, smooth transaction to have Bay demolition clear and clean a very messy cluttered lot.

I would not hesitate to use them again. They would be my first choice! Bay Demolition offers great service at a reasonable prices. Bay Demolition is an excellent professional demolition service!

I had booked an appointment with Bay Demolition to pull down an old metal shed in the backyard. They asked me for pictures and sent me an online quote that I accepted (again online). They called to confirm the appointment time and showed up on the designated day. They did a very thorough job and were very efficient. They even removed the bolts that were sticking out of the concrete slab. Loaded the scrap on their truck and cleaned up the demolition area. They are very reasonably priced as compared with other similar services. I would highly recommend Bay Demolition.
