My wife and me stayed in unit 519 at the resort and it was terrific! It's a corner unit with windows on 2 sides bringing in tons of light. Of course the blackout curtains can be drawn in case you want to sleep in. The windows overlook the pool area and beach so the views are amazing. When we arrived the room was spotless and neatly arranged. Dan reached out a couple of times before our stay to let us know the status of the room and responded quickly to our texts/emails. I definitely recommend it you are planning a stay in the area.

This was amazing! Track was perfect and groomed fresh for us. House was clean and has everything you need! Just bring food and bikes and your good to go! Pool is nice and heated and great after a day of riding! I will definitely be staying again!

Really positive experience! The amenities as well as the housing itself is very nice. Dan Woodley is also very helpful and super nice whenever there was an issue! Would stay again/recommend to another person!

We really liked City Place. Best location in West Palm. We hardly used our car, easy walk to most places. And there’s a trolley stop right there. Rosemary Square is beautiful and always bustling with people. The pool is very popular and a great place to meet fellow vacationers. Our 2 bedroom condo was spacious for 2 people with comfortable beds, well equipped and had a full second bathroom. There were 3 tv’s in the unit. A few minor issues which is why we dropped one star; the 2nd bedroom closet was not cleared out so only partially useful. A 2nd closet in the master bedroom was locked off. Our oven door didn’t close properly so heating up took longer. But management was very responsive and overall we were very pleased with our 3 month stay.

We loved the location of this unit and had a great time in West Palm Beach. The condo was new, clean and fresh with all new appliances and had recently been redecorated. Dan Woodley was great to work with and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed @ Their AirBNB with the motocross track and it was an AMAZING experience...Dan was awesome, the communication leading all the way up to us getting the keys to the house couldn't have been better. Very well thought out vacation rental and my family had a blast! Will DEFINITELY be going back and will be looking to try another vacation rental from them at some point. THANK YOU!

This was a first time renting a vacation home. I had my concerns. One being who do I contact if something goes wrong with the house. The host Dan from the beginning was readily available. Our flight arrived late in the evening, but he came over to meet us anyway, and give us the keys to the house, and show us around. The house was more beautiful in person very spacious, open, modern, and bright. The backyard had everything you need from bbq utensils to pool balls. The backyard was huge, and had beautiful palm trees with an occasional coconut that would drop off which we managed to crack open, and enjoy fresh right off the tree coconut. The tiki hut was such a nice touch. There was a screened in porch so after grilling you can eat there, and avoid all the critters. The front yard had a beautiful mango tree which people would come by and pick. Some would offer money. Coming from New York this all was so appreciated. We had such a great experience. The house had a game room which we all made full use of. A lot of competing going on. Our kids loved it! Dan was easily accessible; not the we needed him for much, everything was at our disposal including plenty of beach towels for the beach or pool. We didn’t make it to all the beaches which were all in close vicinity, but we did manage to get to Jupiter beach which is 30 minutes away because it’s a leash less dog beach. The beach was beautiful; so much more than I expected, and our dog had the time of his life. All in all this was a great vacation, and would I book again... absolutely! Looking forward to going back, and would highly recommend staying at 7115 Venetian away. Thanks Dan for your hospitality, and professionalism. See you again in the future.
