The furniture it’s terrific but the shipping is 0 stars. They have the most miserable shipping process and in stock items are rarely in stock. You also have to work on your designers timeline so say for instance you have changes that you would like updated and your designer is off, you will not get it done.

I feel exhausted after furnishing my entire home with C&B and CB2, they also damaged my floors and I had to write a claim. It’s unfortunate so suggest you go where they understand they importance of customer service and supply chain / logistics!

Crate & Barrel sells inferior products at sky high prices and does not honor warranties. We Purchased an All Clad HA1 nonstick 13”x 20” double burner griddle. This product distorts very badly in NORMAL USE - the distortion is across its diagonal and quite hideous. It cannot sit flat across two burners. When the store was contacted about the problem, they were most UNhelpful and VERY eager to cite exclusions AND WOULD NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY. They thus lack credibility as regards any commitment to the customer in terms of QUALITY OF PRODUCT. BUYER BEWARE!

2024/06/21 Update: BE AWARE of Crate & Barrel put EXTRA DELIVERY FEE. I reschedule the delivery and the company just add 2 extra delivery fee on top of my order. BE CAREFUL!! Check every detail on your order. The company is doing some sketchy thing to take money from you.

Terrible customer services DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THE AGENT TOLD YOU in store. They cannot keep their promise.

I recently made a substantial purchase from Crate and Barrel for my new home. During the purchase, I was assured that my items would be held until late June for delivery. Unfortunately, my items were not held as promised, and I was asked to pay the delivery fee twice since my items were shipped to someone else.

Additionally, when I contacted customer service, the manager I spoke with was very unhelpful and had a poor attitude.

I purchased a blanket for my bed and was told if I did not like it I could return it within 30 days. After using it for a couple weeks I found it to be way too hot for a light blanket and tried to return it. My return was denied because I used it. I made the point “how do I know if I like it if I can’t use it”? However it was denied and the Manager Lauren in Costa Mess Ca was very short, rude, and unprofessional. I was a loyal C&B shopper but not any more!!!

So if you have never been here than you are not missing much. The stuff here feels very old fashioned and the prices are SUPER EXPENSIVE!

I saw an office chair here for over a thousand dollars. They also have knife sets for around that same price...and the quality does not match the price.

Literally the same quality things can be bpught elsewhere for a tenth of the price and probably better quality!

Had a super easy experience buying new dinnerware here. The first set was out of the price range, but was able to find a really great quality second set that worked out perfectly. Josh and Pam were both amazing in helping us find everything that we needed, so hats off to the service. This is a great store for finding just the right things you need for a home. Always look forward to returning.

Needed to return a Philips Latte Go. It’s a great machine but the one I bought at C&B was defective. C&B staff (if I remember correctly it was David and Debra, apologies if I got the names wrong) were very helpful getting me a replacement. Really appreciated it
