I have been working with Czarina for about 7 months. She started as my therapist with an OCD treatment program. I have struggled with OCD for as long as I can remember and despite being in therapy since I was 15, I’d never been diagnosed or properly tested for it before the program. I found most of the work I was doing with other therapists was making my anxiety worse. When I met Czarina, I was drowning in my OCD and had no clue the role it was playing in my mental health struggles. Czarina has educated me on what OCD is, how it works in the brain, and what I was doing to keep it so debilitating. Before starting treatment with her, shame and guilt ruled my life. I now have such a deeper level of compassion, understanding and dedication to who I am and the things I want. OCD is a continuous struggle, but Czarina has helped me immensely!

A one-of-a-kind therapist! As a therapist, one of her biggest straights is her infectious personality. She is unapologetically herself (warm, kind, energetic) and clients are drawn to the type of genuineness! Because of that, kids find her engaging, teens find her relatable, and young adults find her effective. The relationship she builds with her clients is the cornerstone to change. It is clear how devoted she is to those in her care. She is responsive, has great communication, and does the little things to show that she’s listening and is paying attention. An amazing cheerleader that will challenge and support her clients unconditionally. She shows up every session ready to take on anything comes her way. You gravitate towards her warmth and welcoming presence. Getting to work with Czarina has been such a positive experience and I feel grateful for her support, inside and out of the office.
