“My recent experience at ‘Enterprise Thompson’ was deeply disappointing and fell far short of the customer service standards I’ve come to expect from Enterprise.

After a long day of work, I was eager to pick up my rental car and head home to my family. However, the process was unnecessarily delayed due to a damage report being conducted for pre-existing issues with the car—an issue that had nothing to do with me. While I understand the importance of such protocols, the employee handling my request showed little intention of accommodating my situation or addressing my concerns.

I kindly explained that I had a long, challenging drive ahead, compounded by poor weather and road conditions, and asked if the process could be expedited. I even acknowledged that I may have asked a few times for quicker service and apologized if I came across as impatient. However, the employee neither acknowledged my apology nor showed any understanding of my circumstances. Instead, they repeatedly stated, ‘10 more minutes,’ which turned into a significantly longer wait, and dismissed my requests by saying, ‘I am not comfortable.’

I would have appreciated even a small gesture of empathy or acknowledgment from the employee, but none was offered. It felt like my time and concerns were not valued, and the overall lack of professionalism made an already long day even more difficult.

I hope this feedback serves as a constructive reminder to prioritize customer care and empathy during interactions. My past experiences with Enterprise have been excellent, which makes this incident all the more disappointing. I trust that improvements will be made so future customers do not face similar frustrations.”

Friendly online and over-the-phone reservations. After arriving at our destination in Thompson MB, we called them and they willingly offered to pick us up. Once at the office Amit Patel and his staff greeted and welcomed us in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner. They were very helpful and caring with stellar customer service. We needed to extend our rental and at the end of the rental, we were offered a discount. We recommend Enterprise in Thompson to anyone who needs one.

As it’s been said before, I can not see how deplorably awful this branch is. I have made complaints of the chain of command in corporate enterprise Rent-A-Car, because of how discussed I am of how they handled A rental that I had booked. Beyond my control of flight was delayed 45 minutes and they told me “I am not going to be there at the airport. I have worked too long of a day and I have to go home to my family”

This is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. When I called corporate, they said that they are to show up and they have to be there for a flight coming in. I cannot see About the other rental car company in town that help me out in an emergency situation. I will never recommend enterprise to anyone to rent a car and I will be encouraging anyone else in my company or other companies not to rent at this location.

Excellent car, excellent service. I picked up my rental car and it was hassle-free.
After I returned the car Tanveer gave me a ride back to the ViaRail train station saving me a taxi ride. Great people, great service. Will definitely use them again.

If you can get a person at the counter they'll do everything they can for you, don't bother with the phone tho. And your reservation means nothing, they don't have enough vehicles at this location for the surges at the mine.
The vehicles are the same as you'd expect at any Enterprise location, new and clean.
