I have been shopping at Express for years, most of my work clothing has come from their stores. I can honestly say I will never shop here again. I purchased a suit for a wedding that I ended up not attending and when I went to return the item they stated their return policy as being 30 days. I was 4 days off and would completely understand this policy if their website did not state 60 days. I showed the staff what is shows and explained that this lead me to believe I had more time. The staff was extremely rude to me and even admitted that the online website does state this and continued to refuse a refund.

This workers are this store are very rude and make you feel like a burden for just asking questions. When I wanted to return an unworn item only DAYS after the purchase they stated they are unable to. I brought up the return policy on the website but the rude cashier said that the website is wrong and that they were unable to take a return. I would suggest updating the return policy on the website before you start calling customers wrong. In the end you don't want to spend money somewhere with poor customer service like this.

I came in there with my girlfriend a couple of weeks ago,and we came for dress shoes(for me) and heels (for her). We were impressed by the quality of the products and the professionalism with every staff member. We ended up leaving with more than what we came for! We want to highlight Bianca for showing great compassion and selfless service to ensure our great experience!

I usually dread clothes shopping, but my experience at this location was amazing! Bianca was so kind and helped me pick out clothes that suited me for work! I feel like it's rare to get that level of genuine care/assistance, and it was very much appreciated!

The customer service at this location is amazing! Robin and his team really helped me out and gave me confidence on the new clothes I bought. I’m not the most stylish person but they gave me a few suggestions and I have been getting many compliments!!! Thank you Robin and team!!!

I went to return an online order that didn’t fit. Easy enough. It wasn’t busy and got to the counter. The black girl at the front was just putting clothes on some hangers nothing extreme. She saw me and NEVER said a word not a hi or anything. So I let her know I was there to return some stuff. She proceeded to help me but still said nothing. It just made me uncomfortable and she gave off this annoyed yet couldn’t care less vibe. She just gave me my refund receipt and I left. I’m glad I wasn’t there for anything else that required more help from her because I would’ve hated to ask someone like that for any help. Not going back to that particular Express Store. As someone that’s big in customer service since I’ve worked in CS, acknowledgement is big in my book.

Great selection of items! The sales were pretty good as well. I was able to find a nice shirt and button up art a discount, but the jacket I wanted was not on sale unfortunately. I will be revisiting this store to load up on some good quality clothing for a good price.
