When I discovered my passport had expired and it was 3 weeks, during the holidays even, before my international trip for a best friend's wedding I thought there was no way I'd make it. But I found the 2 week service with Express Passport and they got my new passport back to me exactly as they said they would two weeks later. The service process, application, and customer service were all fantastic. Worth every penny.

Unbelievably, they were able to renew my passport in 3 days. I discovered it was necessary late on Tuesday night and received my passport before 8:00 am on Friday morning. The customer service was great with them having me call at each step to ensure that I had everything necessary. This service was worth every penny to me! I don't think I have ever had such a terrific customer experience.

Normal processing time was 18 weeks. Or 6 year old son needed a renewal within 7 weeks. They got it done door-to-door ad return in 4.2 weeks. "Package" of online docs and instructions were easy to follow. Very happy as we were concerned that it was going to be real tight. We had a little time to spare with this service. Our experience rates this service as top notch with nothing poor to say.

Express Passport's service was very tight and smooth. The agent assisted us in ensuring we had packaged all the correct documents sent. Everything went as planned and we received our Passport Book in the quoted timeframe. Except my still Active Passport Card was not returned as we instructed in the documentation. When I contacted the agent to see what went wrong they kept blaming the government and didn't take responsibility for the situation they were facilitating. I had to keep pushing them to take action and have yet to receive any further communication. I'll have to call back to get status to keep the process going. I have to keep holding them to level of customer service published on their site. Semi-satisfied. You pay the price and when it's not typical, they don't seem to take ownership and handle the situation.

I waited until last minute to get my passport & Express Passport saved me. I used their 7day service. Started the process on a Friday, sent everything in on Saturday & my passport arrived on the following Friday. It was a little pricey, paid about $1200 for everything, but that’s what happens when you wait till last minute. Im extremely happy & satisfied with the service.

I absolutely loved my experience with Express Passport!!! I was getting my first passport, and have a very limited time to do so. The instructions were clear. The online chat service was ALWAYS available for my multitude of questions I had. When I figured out I had the wrong type of birth certificate, they put me in contact with an agency to get the correct one ASAP. When it came time to send my documents in, the representative took a genuine interest in me and my travel plans. I can’t say enough great things about her!! The best part was that my passport arrived before it was scheduled to arrive. I would 100% recommend this company to everyone looking to get an expedited passport! Thank you all so much!!

I had never been through this process before.
The first customer service person was not
very helpful. I guess the minimum that she was required. So I worried all night. So the next morning I was lucky enough to get Antonio. He went above and beyond to walk me through the process. I had to call 2 more times that day and I was stunned but happy that I was able to get Antonio all 3 times that day. He was so professional and helpful. It was like he was right there beside me. I was put at ease and the process was so easy when Antonio explained everything. He was clear and concise. By the last phone conversation I was extremely happy and confident. Antonio is the perfect example of wonderful customer service. Especially when time is the issue. I will tell everyone to use your service and hopefully everyone who is having trouble gets Antonio.
