I can't say enough about this Goodyear Auto Service station. I came in close to their closing time with serious tire damage to my borrowed car. If they hadn't been willing to help me I would have been stuck with my car not operable and I would have been stranded. However the store manager assured me that they would take care of my car and replace my tires. They could have completely exploited me and overcharged me but they did not. They took their time and explained to me my options and sold me new tires at a really great price. I'm not really a car guy so I was sorta clueless but the Store Manager, Matt was patient and helped me understand what I needed

I was really impressed by how clean the facility was at the end of a day. Everything was spotless. There was complimentary coffee and water. A TV to watch (they were showing the Premiere Lacrosse League which made me super happy) and comfy seats in the waiting room. I can't tell you how grateful I was for the Goodyear team and for how well they took care of me. I think I'm a Good Year customer for life!

Came in yesterday with a nail in our tire and Sherrie and her team found what we needed and got both tires changed in less than an hour. She was very friendly, helpful and professional!

My dads Tahoe had a nail on the inside of the tire so I took my car to this good year location to get a new tire. I spoke to probably the coolest woman I’ve ever met, Cheri who helped me get the ball rolling on my dads car. Although they didn’t have the tire in stock, Cheri put the spare on his car and we left the original wheel there so when the tire came it was already mounted and balanced upon arrival the following day. I will be only going to this location from now on. The manger there as well was super nice and overall just a great experience with knowledgeable, hard working people!

Worst experience. Ever.
Came to bring my company car for a service and without even asking for a service this guy was like yeah we can’t do that today. Guy didn’t even ask for my information or ever asked me if I wanted to set an appointment for a future date. Guy flat out rejected me.

Took in my jeep to get an alignment. Car was finished in less than an hour for a better price than anywhere else. The employees are super helpful, friendly, and professional. I just gotten new tires elsewhere and my tire pressure was off by ~15 psi and all 4 valve caps were missing. They corrected this without me even mentioning it! I will be back!!

great service this last visit. they can be a little abrassive and forward on the phone. ive had freinds stop going here because of rudness over the phone. and the sales pitchs for eveything they want to get you to upgrade to. speak directly tell them exactly what service you want. you r good to go.
