When David from Hammond demolition gave me a quote, he gave me additional items to consider in knocking down my outdoor lanai/kitchen. This saved me a great deal in my future plans for the space. Dave was exceptional from the beginning. Extremely knowledgable and very personable, he handled our demo project with excellence. He guided us through the entire process and was always available to address our concerns.

The job was completed on time and the site was left spotless. On multiple occasions Dave went above and beyond to quickly resolve problems. He treated us fairly and his communication was always great.

Now a bit about his office staff. A great company has great office support staff and Hamann truly excels in this department as well.

In short, Nataliya was incredible. She exceeded all of my expectations-from ultra smooth permitting to responsive coordination, Nataliya was a tremendous resource and beyond helpful.

Her permitting knowledge is greater than that of anyone I have dealt with. She resolved problems instantaneously and with ease. She would immediately respond to my questions and if I couldn't reach her, she would get back to me promptly. Her patience is amazing and she is truly a pleasure to speak with.

I contacted Hamann and Sons to tear down a building that I had just purchased. I had never used them before but did get a recommendation from a friend. I met R Hamann at the job. I had previously met two other contractors prior to meeting him. He pointed out quite a number of things that the other two contractors has not. They were very important details. After we met he told me he would email me a proposal. It came promptly in two hours and was right in the middle of the two proposals that I had. However his proposal was very detailed. I gave him the job and it went very smoothly. I will not get anymore proposals from others if I have to do any more demolition jobs. It was a pleasure dealing with this company and R Hamann.
