Went in just to buy a disposable, got my license scanned and the system verified that I was of age but the iPad still showed an exclamation point denoting that my ID was declined, even though it showed my age right next to it? Not the employees’ fault, he was just doing his job, but that’s absolute garbage and I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anybody as I’ve NEVER had this happen anywhere else.

The new store has a great setup. Decent selection of flavors, the selection of devices seemed somewhat limited. My only issues was that the clerk was trying to rush the sale versus letting me take my time to select some flavors. I likely would have bought more if the clerk did not try to rush me.

Liberty Vapors is my favorite vape shop in Ashburn! They have a ton of options and the sales reps can answer every question you throw at them. I was originally not going to write a review but I saw that Matt Rivas was complaining about a lady who works there and I couldn’t believe my eyes! I know the sales rep he’s talking about, she is so nice and helpful whenever I come in for juice/pods. I’m certain he just was having a bad day and decided to take it out on the business and the sales reps job, despicable! Thanks for your wonderful products and service Liberty Vapors, I wouldn’t have been able to quit smoking cigarettes without it, keep it up!

Great juice selection and friendly staff! They were knowledgeable about their products and prices were very reasonable + support local business!

PS. people who wrote negative reviews about mod/tank prices ... internet has been always cheaper but if something happens your device you better talk CHINESE TO GET SUPPORT if you are lucky enough to find a contact for warranty.

Great selection of juices. The mods themselves are way overpriced. I bought mine there and then found out it was half the price online.

I have dealt with about 5 people there and only 2 of them were very friendly.

I love to support local businesses but not at double the price and below-average service.

PS: Sorry guys, I hate leaving a negative review like this but I am doing it out of love so that you can improve. I will re-review it when I feel improvement 🙂
