Phenomenal sub for us. We performed an extensive remodel converting an indoor basketball gym into apartments and they did an outstanding job. Our structure is still connected to the existing leasing office so cleanliness was an important aspect. Not only was the coordination smooth and upfront but the crews on site performed daily clean ups, and left the job site daily with great consideration of our residents. Our remodel came with some unforeseen variables and Merchant was able to accomplish all change orders and requirements we asked. Highly recommend using them for any specialized demolition. The owner and job site foreman kept extremely well communication throughout the entire process.

I've worked with Merchant demolition for over 25 years. I'm a small general contractor and hire them for Selective demo and cleanup and Hauling. they're great about dust protection and doing exactly what I need. I am very picky on a clean demo with all Nails removed even little lathe and plaster nails. They take care of it and it really makes it nice for my framing phase. They show up on time. Even with the current building boom in Denver, I'm very impressed that they're able to staff their workers and stay on schedule.

Worthless company to do business with. Had a truck posted on Craiglist; emailed them never heard anything back, was able to find their info from the logo on the truck. Set up a time to meet and then Dustin (or whatever his name is) never showed up. Tried contacting him a couple more times and set up another time but again he didn't bother showing. Finally called his boss and spoke with him. He made it very clear they weren't really interested in selling the truck and so I moved on to other things.
