Hauled 1 load for this bad actors
Took me 3 months to collect $ 1000.00 what we have agreed on line haul .
Unprofessional and dishonest.
Definitely won't recommend them.

Booked a load with them. Confirmed on 3 different calls with Jose, the load was booked, mine, and we were locked in.
I call back a 4th time and was told the load was booked with another carrier.

I will never ever ever load with this company again. Kevin acts like he's your best friend but once load is complete it becomes a finger pointing issue and nobody will take the bull by the horns. I went above and beyond to make things right. By delivering on time and having to deal with a rejection at the same time. Nobody really cares. Like I said once everything is said and done they will leave you in left field all alone. Totally unprofessional. Have never dealt with a brokerage firm like this in 25 plus years of being in the trucking business. Please make sure you have a fat bank account because it will take over a month to receive your payment.

One of the brokers out there, who is steeling money from the carriers whenever they decide to do so. In our case they charge $125 late delivery fee, just because. Their payment was supposed to arrive no later than 45 days after receiving the paperwork and it was not a big deal for them to pay after 60 days - we have no option to charge them late payment fee of course... Apparently, no revised confirmation was sent, so no one knew there is an issue till the check arrived...

Ive never had a better experience than with this company. Their amazing rates reeled me in, and their customer service sealed my loyalty. Freight can sometimes be a nightmare but the team at Franklin National is always willing to go the extra mile to help you out and hit your goals! Honestly so happy for all the work ive been able to do with these guys.

Kevan Van Stone filed a report on my company for no reason trying to sabotage my companies reputation. We hauled shipments for them in the past with no issues, we have lost over 50 brokers because of the report. We asked Kevan to remove it and he said that I’m from a specific city, look at that! Way to go Franklin National, hire people that don’t want to use trucking companies from certain regions. Discrimination!
