Rude, aggressive, inconsiderate and deliberately insulting if you politely decline a free treatment. The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I had just arrived at the Paris hotel after a very long day and I had 2 large heavy bags. All I wanted to do was go to my room to put the bags away. However the sales person gave me a sachet of cream and was trying to persuade me to come in. I kept politely saying let me go to my room and I’ll come back later. He said I’ll just give you some eye cream, (I was thinking another sachet) but no he wanted me to sit there and have it applied. I refused and again said I’d come back later. Then he started arguing that I should want it done and trying to insult me saying that it was special just for my wrinkles, not for everyone (sure...). I told him I like my wrinkles (they really aren’t bad yet) and I walked out, putting the samples back.
I was going to come back to pick up some presents, not a chance now.

Beware of the VERY high pressure sales people in this establishment. As you walk by the shop they accost you trying to get you to take samples and they will not take "No Thank You" as a response. Then while my husband was waiting for me, they got him in the store promised him the cream would reduce wrinkles and would not finish the demonstration when I walked in and told him we had to go. They pressured him into buying almost $300 in product. When I took the product back for a refund, the sales person told me that I was rude and accused me of screaming - which I did not. She kept telling me I should not have treated her in that manner. I thought the customer was always right? SHE was not nice to ME because she lost a $300 sale. Their manipulative hard core sales tactics and lack of good customer service reflect badly on my experience at the Paris Hotel!

We were in Las Vegas on vacation. On the main floor of the Paris Hotel is a store called Perfume de Paris. Outside the store, salespeople offered free lotion samples. It was around 10:00 p.m. and I was tired after a long day of activities and unbearable heat, so I happily agreed to come into the store to try out some other products. The salesperson, Chanel, applied Hermetise Yubari King Wrinkle Eraser under my eye. It worked instantly with amazing results! I really liked the product and was genuinely interested since I had been trying to find a product like this for so long. She also applied Hermetise Professional Collagen Peeling Mask, a facial product, on the back of my hand to demonstrate its properties, and I was very pleased with how soft and smooth my skin was afterwards. Chanel was a very good salesperson and I was impressed with the products, so I purchased them. She included an Agora Code de Vie Lifting Eye Cream free with purchase.

Since we were leaving Las Vegas the next day, I didn't open the products until I got home. While the packaging appeared to be the same as the product Chanel used, the product in the wrinkle eraser tube definitely wasn't the same. I thought maybe I was applying it incorrectly -- maybe too much or not enough -- so I applied it on 4 or 5 different occasions adjusting the amount of product each time. But nothing I did made any difference. It was not creamy or smooth like the product Chanel applied; rather, it was drying and felt like slightly damp clay, and the results were nothing like the instant results I had in the store. Likewise, when I tried the peeling mask, it did not work the same as it had in the store. It was rather harsh and gritty and the results were no where near the same as in the store.

I was very disappointed and quite angry. I thought I had fallen for a bait & switch whereby the legitimate products were tried on my skin in the store but the fake products were placed in my bag yet being charged for the real thing. And since I was now back home, it's not like I could return to the store to complain. Chanel had placed a business card in my bag with an email address to contact if I had any questions or problems. Since I believed everything was now fake, I didn't expect the email address to be legitimate either, but I still wrote a rather heated email and sent it to that address anyhow. And that's where things turned around! Within a day I had a response from a customer service representative named Mechelle. She was absolutely amazing!! Turns out it wasn't a bait & switch but rather a problem with faulty products. Mechelle went above and beyond to regain my trust and confidence. She was an absolute delight to deal with! She gave me the option of a full refund or shipping new products to me. Since I really did like the products that I had tried in the store, I opted for the latter. She shipped out new products to me, free of charge, to replace the faulty products and I received them the following week. I have never had such an amazing customer service experience before! Thank you, Mechelle!

I believe this company has several locations in Las Vegas as well as other US cities. My advice to you is: if you like these products when they are applied on you in the store, open the boxes they place in your bag while you're still in the store. Make sure they are the correct products and work as you expect them to. I could have saved myself a ton of headaches if only I had done my due diligence in the store by opening the boxes. Lesson learned! But if you do have any problems with your products, I hope you are fortunate enough to reach Mechelle, cuz she'll definitely fix it for you!

I bought an injectable instant wrinkle cream at the Paris Hotel location, Las Vegas, on December 16, 2022. When I arrived home a day later I noticed that the injector was empty. Tried numerous times to contact Parfume de Paris location by email and phone to request a refund but received no response.

Shady business practices, pressure into paying hundreds. Didn't even go in but could just tell that's what they do. If like another place that did this, you can get their product at a 4th of the price ATLEAST online of same brand.

Terrible customer service. They were extremely rude and wouldn't help me. I tried to buy a bottle of perfume and they wouldn't come to the counter. I asked for assistance multiple times and they kept saying they'll be over soon. I waited there for 10 minutes and no one would help me check out.
