My story:
A neighbor of my moms had referred them to her for a water pipe that burst at her house the week before, and had been great with her. I noticed my hardwood floors buckling and happened to call her while Cory was there, so she asked him about it. He was over at my house within hours knowing it was a bad sign, (would have been sooner but I had work conflicts), and low and behold, I had a hot water pipe burst under my pier and beam home. Cory was professional, calm, kind, and reassuring during a very overwhelming and scary time, sharing the bad news and a plan forward, with the perfect balance of the necessary urgency based on my situation, and compassion for the emotions I was certainly going through. Cory had a crew come later that day to get the necessary equipment in, and he, his also awesome brother Cody, and their team where sure to be available anytime to provide guidance, answer my bazillion questions, and reassure me in an honest, reassuring way.

The damage to my home ended up being extensive, requiring every inch of my flooring to be redone. Cory and Cody recommenced amazing professionals to help with the massive work that had to be done to get my house back in livable condition, and during the almost 4 month window from the time they first step foot in my home, to the day I moved back in (yes, I had to move out for three plus months!), they were fantastic, and went above and beyond.

Cory and Cody have done a wonderful job building their business and their team. Every team member of theirs throughout the process was professional, friendly, kind, and reassuring. I got to know them well through the process, and not only are they standup businessmen, but amazing human beings. These are people that I would now consider friends and wouldn’t think twice about inviting over for dinner, holidays, anything. Amazing, stand up people.
