I had the worst experience for the first time after years of shopping at the brick Thompson Manitoba, the guy I was dealing with wasn't answering my question clearly. He didn't help me on getting the bed I wanted, also saying the prices online were from Quebec not Thompson Manitoba prices. What? I made sure to put in the area code & city he still didnt belive me or my screen shots of prices. I ordered a queen size bed & made sure to say the queen size. When I got my receipt in my email it was a full size. The guy insisted that's what I wanted. I said no my sister was with me & heard me say a queen size repeatedly. He was very rude when I called & what I said fell on deaf ears he didn't agree on what I ordered. I got so sick of his rudness & denial on what I originally wanted even tho I had a witness he wouldn't admit his mistake or make it the right order. I canceled my order I was so upset.

Len, great sales person, came up to us right away and asked if we needed help finding anything, we found what we were looking for. We came back two days later and got the same service from him, we found what we were looking for again. He has good knowledge on mattresses. Very happy with our purchases and the quality of service.
